Warranty, Returns & Liability Policy

90-Day Parts Warranty

We provide a 90-day parts warranty on products purchased from us.

This warranty covers replacement parts only.
It does not cover labour, postage, freight, or installation costs.

All postage and freight costs related to warranty claims are the buyer’s responsibility.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty will be void if:

• The engine has been opened or tampered with

• Performance or aftermarket parts have been installed

• The product has been modified in any way

• Incorrect fuel, oil, or assembly procedures have been used

• The product has not been properly maintained

Damage caused by the following is not covered:

• Incorrect use or misuse

• Incorrect assembly

• Accidents or collisions

• Wear and tear

• Lack of servicing or improper maintenance

The bike must be serviced and maintained like any motor vehicle by a qualified person.

Damaged or Faulty on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

1. Contact us immediately.

2. Provide clear photos or videos upon request.

3. If required, return the faulty part or item for inspection.

We will inspect and test the item.
If confirmed faulty due to manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the part.

Important:

• Buyer must contact us before returning any item.

• All return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Items sent via COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.

• We do not reimburse postage costs.

Spare parts are available for purchase.
If a part is not in stock, we can order it from overseas suppliers.

Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect assembly

• Used or damaged items

• Incorrect fuel/oil use

All approved returns must be:

• In original condition

• Unused

• In original packaging

Return requests must be made within the specified return period shown on the product listing.

Safety & User Responsibility

Motorised bikes are not toys and carry inherent risks.

By purchasing and using this product, the buyer accepts full responsibility for safe operation.

• Helmets must be worn at all times.

• Parental supervision is mandatory for child riders.

• The bike must be properly assembled and checked before riding.

• Regular maintenance is required.

We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, unsafe riding, or failure to maintain the product.
