🧰 Assembly
This kart is 90% assembled.
You will need to install the wheels, seat, seat belt, rear shock, and steering wheel using the included bolts and nuts.
🧰 Before You Start
Make sure the quad is on flat ground and the area is clear of people and obstacles.
Check these things first:

Fuel tank – Fill with mixed fuel (25:1) → 25 parts petrol : 1 part 2-stroke motorbike oil.

Oil mix – Use 2-stroke motorbike oil only (do not use car oil).

Kill switch – Set to ON / RUN (usually the red switch on the handlebar).
-
Choke lever – Set UP / ON if the engine is cold.
🚦 Cold Start (first start of the day)

Turn the key ON (if your model has one).
-
Check kill switch is ON (RUN position).
-
Lift the choke lever UP (ON position).
-
There is a primer bulb, press it 3–5 times until you see fuel in the bulb.

Hold the quad steady
-
Pull the starter cord firmly (don’t yank too hard). Usually starts within 2–4 pulls.

Once the engine starts, let it idle for 30–60 seconds to warm up.

Lower the choke lever (OFF position) once the engine runs smoothly.

Let the engine idle for about 1 minute before riding.

Check the throttle and brakes respond properly.
